CSR is about the integration of social, environmental and economic considerations into the decision making structures and processes of PeoplePro. CSR is an essential part of our company and we understand that a responsible business is a sustainable business.
Responsibilities Includes
Training Academy
PeoplePro’s Training Academy provides exceptional practical, vocational and accredited learning programmes to every PeoplePros employee to prepare them for the workforce and support their growth aspirations. 88,557 learners accessed the Training Academy annually.
Events Calendar
PeoplePro’s dedicated Recreation Manager runs daily sporting, social and wellness events and competitions throughout the year.
Carnival
This year’s fun fair carnival hosted 3,000 Transguard employees including some of our own Transguard talent who performed during the day.
Literacy Programme
Every employee has access to the PeoplePro library which currently has over 2,000 books and can attend free English classes with accredited literacy qualifications.
Sporting Activities
PeoplePro’s has fully-funded football, cricket, basketball and volleyball teams who compete in regular tournaments and matches.
Employee Reward Schemes
PeoplePro's Employee of the Month and Star of the Year rewards and recognises thousands of PeoplePro's staff every year.

Think Green is our company-wide environmental and sustainability initiative which includes an active committee of staff members from across all our business operations and is committed to:
